![]() ![]() I still don't know if steam vent hazards are mandatory damage. It's unclear when things are impossible or not with the current tools, or if there's a way around a hazard without taking damage. ![]() There are also small unnecessary delays, like the camera zoom whenever you interact with something the dialog should come up instantly, not wait for the camera animationĢ) Too much is unexplained, and experimentation is frustrating because restarting a run is very slow even without so much loading time. The huge amount of loading time is awful in a roguelike, where you're expected to repeat similar content over and over. The repeat/uninteresting encounters you frequently find are way worse because of the extra loading required. Going to town to drop off knowledge and rest/eat already takes 6 loading screens, not counting all the encounters youll see on the way there. The biggest problems are loading times, inventory, and a lack of info IMOġ) Loading times are too frequent and long + other small delays. The overall vision is great and basically impossible to find anywhere else, and there are tons of great things that can't shine because of other issues. That's on you, the consumer, not the developer.I think this game has a lot of potential, and im really rooting for it to improve. they don't owe you anything just because you "waited" to play it on Steam, it wasn't a wait for them because they already released it somewhere else and you decided not to buy it when it was cheaper. (Bigger developers ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about their games going anywhere near $11 and so they wouldn't leave Steam, Steam made it so that the sales aren't as enticing anymore creating a hard limit for how low a AAA game can be sold at based on when it came out and how much it was at release which now drives most people to external sites for Steam keys)Some people are just too entitled sheesh. And it went on sale several times on Epic because Epic can afford to have bigger sales than Steam. (It was in early access all that time until they felt they had a full price game) Epic's lower price was because you would have been a "founder" of the game, someone who's there from the beginning.
